About Me

Welcome to my site! I'm Addy, and I love science--especially when it comes to the environment! I remember a huge snow storm when I was little. School was cancelled for a week and the cars were completely covered. We lived on the 2nd floor of a small apartment complex, and when the snow plows came through to shovel the sidewalks, the pile of snow was so high it reached our balcony! I wondered what they would have done with all the snow in a bigger city where there wasn't a convenient place to put it. So I found out, and I kept researching even after I did. I now know a bunch of random facts about snow removal, garbage collection, global warming, extreme weather and so on! These facts are far from useless; I just need a place to share them, so this blog was born.
